I love Dave Wasser. Once again, he made me say this, but it’s true. He took my slip and fall accident case that few people could have handled; it was very medically difficult to prove my injury, but he did it. Likely they were afraid of him getting another large verdict. He is like a bulldog: once he gets his teeth into something, he never lets go and will not, under any circumstances, back down. Without a doubt I would recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney. My wife needed a lot of TLC to get her though this time, and Dave, in his own way, was able to support her and help her to help me through the case.

I was the victim in a domestic violence case for 2 years, and Mr. Martella was the defense attorney for the other party. As a defense attorney you have to put on a “show”, do anything to make the other side look bad. Mr. Martella went out of his way to do that, he would make up scenarios that his client never even told him. I was shown emails that Mr. Martella sent his client and his parents asking him to sign things that Mr. Martella made up and how he was going to proceed in court with those lies. He also made comments about my appearance, which I’ve never seen a defense attorney do before. He subpoenaed records and when they came back with nothing, he looked stupid in court because he made those up. Of course a defense attorney is getting paid to help his own client, but It was to a point when his client didn’t even agree with the narratives he brought to court.
