My experience with this firm, was truly a blessing. I was on the erge of giving up, because no one would take my case. When I contacted them, explained my case, they told me, this was a tuff one, but I am going to try to help you! And that they did! They settled my case fast, and got me more money than what I, well we expected! I'm a little late but wanted to offer my review of Kush Arora. I hired Kush to represent me for my second DUI back in 2015 (arrest in May, court in December). It was a straightforward case with no accidents or injuries, but tough because it was within 5 years of my first DUI. I was terrified that my entire life was going to fall apart because of this stupid decision I made. From the get go, Kush was extremely professional and always available to answer my questions or meet with me. Most importantly, he was always honest with me. When my court date came up, he was extremely professional and articulate in presenting me to the judge in the best light, highlighting anything and everything about me that he could in a positive light. In the end, I got a very fair sentencing from a judge with a reputation of having zero tolerance for drunk drivers and my life did not fall apart as I had feared. Basically, everything you have read about Kush on these reviews is true. He's professional, honest, and extremely articulate. I'm very happy I hired him.

I was pulled over for speeding while traveling through MD. With my hands on the steering wheel, I informed the officer I had a firearm in the glovebox, as I was taught in the CCDW class when I obtained a license here in KY. Maryland feels differently about firearms and they have different rules. Let's just say it was a big deal and I needed an attorney's help. I was referred to Price Benowitz LLP where I was introduced to Mr. Arora. He actively listened to my story and his confidence made me feel better. He explained what would happen and told me how much it would cost. The cost seemed reasonable but I called around just to see what other's were charging. The estimates were all close, Kush was the highest of the three, but I chose him because of his confidence, his presence, and when we talked it was not rushed and I felt like I was the most important person he had spoken to all day. He gave me his cell phone number and email address. Whenever I reached out to him he responded immediately, always within the same day. I knew I had hired someone that would protect my rights, and he did. Due to his knowledge of the laws, the respect of his peers in the legal community, and his hard work negotiating on my behalf, all charges have been dismissed. I asked him to request my property to be returned. It is rare and almost not worth the effort to ask, but he did ask. And because he did ask, and due to the kindness from the prosecutor (if that is the correct title), I was granted permission to retrieve my property which is sentimental in value. That kindness and that extra trouble to arrange the return was granted due in large part because of Mr. Arora's approach, his personality, and the respect he shows each individual. I owe Mr. Arora a great debt of gratitude and I know in my heart that if I had hired anyone else I would not have the opportunity to reterive this property, a gift from my father. I was well represented as a client, treated with respect, prompt service, and personal attention. With all due respect, I hope to never meet Kush again, I plan to stay away from Maryland. However, if you are up there and need representation, I hope his schedule is available to help you, money can not hire a better attorney.
