Kush was extremely thorough in explaining my options and guiding me through what could have been a life changing event for a careless incident on my part. From the very onset, he was patient, explained each potential outcome and always made me feel as though he would genuinely fight on my behalf. I realize he has many clients that likely consume a great deal of his time. However, there was never a single moment I felt as though my case was less important. In fact, his responsiveness and ability to make me feel at ease, was not only reassuring but I often felt as though I was his only client. Most people have a tendency to judge people for mistakes they make in life. This was most definitely not the case with Kush. While I'm not proud of my mistake and obviously learned an extremely valuable lesson. -Oleg Fastovsky is a great, solid lawyer. -I had two traffic cases, one in Annapolis and the other in Baltimore, Both could carry jail time. My record isn't good so I was nervous, until Oleg put his strategy in motion. He was always well prepared and looked very comfortable and confident when he entered the court room. But I was most impressed by how he actually cares and gos above and beyond to give his client the best chance of a positive outcome. -Oleg Fastovsky is what a lawyer should be.
