Ms. Winer was one of the worst decisions, financially I have ever made. A divorce is hard enough, however having to deal with an unethical attorney in the process made it that much harder. I can not make your decision for you, however why add a hardship to hardship. If you decide to use her, make sure that you get billed REGULARLY. If not, you will find out that you have a $12,000.00 bill for the most simple, uncontested divorce that exists! Go with someone else!
