I was in really difficult situation of getting green card and my previous lawer actually gave up the case with ridiculous reason. And attorney Ullman was willing to take my case and I just got the green card. She does not give up on you, also she and her office members keeps contact with you.

I was referred to Rachel Ullman 5 years ago by another immigration lawyer. The best encounter ever. She was very honest, sincere and held my hands throughout the entire process. Never got upset when I called or emailed a dozen times about my concerns. Mrs. Ullman, has become my family's fairy-godmother. There's no other lawyer I'll ever deal with, EVER. She's my ultimate. She handled my case professionally, with kindness, grace and sincerity. Even when I was scared she assured me all will be well. And indeed all was well. She took on my tough case and today I'm a proud United State citizen because of all her hard work and dedication. So glad I met her. I have friend who will fight for my family and I for life and it's an awesome feeling.

You will not find a better attorney than Rachel Ullman; if you want the truth and explore all your options do not hesitate in consulting with her, but don't be upset if it's not what you were expecting to hear. She is extremely experienced and will be honest and straightforward; not all attorneys are, I learned the hard way. My family and I were fortunate enough to find her, and are grateful for it everyday. My legal resident status was rejected due to a misfile from a previous attorney. When I brought him the rejection letter he did not know what to do and how to proceed. I desperately started searching for another attorney and no one would take my case. After a few days of searching and several consultation fees later, I was referred to her by another attorney. By this time I had about 2 weeks left to respond to the rejection letter. She reviewed all the documentation and thoroughly explained why my application for legal resident status was being rejected. She quickly came up with a plan and filed for an extension and correctly submitted my application. After a few back and fourths with Immigration she got it done! My legal resident application was accepted in 2007. I highly recommend Rachel Ullman to anyone. In March of this year (2016) I had to consult and hire her again because I was trying to save money and filed for citizenship on my own and I made some mistakes. She again came to my rescue and refiled my citizenship application, came to my citizenship appointment and I am now a U.S Citizen. Do not waste your time, effort, and money somewhere else. If there is a way she will find it, if not, she will let you know. Thank you Ms. Ullman, I basically owe you my life!

Rachel is TOP NOTCH. She is professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and above-and-beyond thorough. I can also same the same for her entire staff. Rachel and her staff know exactly how to prepare case files in a way that makes it easy for the examiner/officer to review and adjudicate. She knows what examiners look for, and ensures that all the necessary backup paperwork is submitted to present a solid case. Yes, this process does take some time, but she is incredibly thorough and detailed. Any time my husband and I met with her to review our case, she gave us as much time as we needed and always answered every question. She even calmed our nerves a few times. We never felt like our case was one of many that was being worked. She and her staff always dedicated themselves to presenting our case in the best way possible.
