Before my consultation with ms. Smith I spoke with couple of other attorneys but as soon as I had my consultation with her I instantly knew she was the one. The minute I spoke with her, I knew everything was going to be handled. I was pulled over for going 90 on a 59 mph road in route 2, this was my first traffic violation ever and I was very nervous to lose my license and get points since I still had a provisional license. I didn't even had to go to the court and she successfully killed my case. I was pleased not guilty, no points, or any fines. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is absolutely the BEST!!

How to describe Raquel at how well she does at her job; she's persistent, effienct, trustworthy and very helpful. This was my first experience with having to pay fees for a couple speeding tickets and she just does an outstanding job with keeping up with trial dates, emails, text messages to remind you that you have an appointment the next day, the whole nine yards! Got a DUI and things were looking unfavorable for me. I mean bad! My BAC was pretty high. I expected the worst and would have gotten exactly that if not for Kush.
