I would use their services again! I found this company during an internet search and the reviews were really good. I often question reviews that seem too good to be true but Paradigm lived up to their reviews. Although the process took a very long time, I believe mortgage companies are difficult to maneuver. However, Paradigm staff were aware of all the mortgage company tactics and worked diligently to resolve my issue. They were also very fair with their charges!

My family and I hired Ms. Parikh to help save our home from foreclosure. We fell on hard times and tried as best as we could to keep up with our mortgage payments, but ultimately, too many were missed and lender (Wells Fargo) turned the mortgage back over to the creditor (Bank of America). Our situation was unique because we still had equity in our property and there was no way we going to walk away without a fight. In came Ms. Parikh and her team. The market was doing well in our area, and we knew we could get the property sold pretty quick if given some extra time. Ms. Parikh worked with the creditor on our behalf and was able to negotiate terms that were favorable to us. She is a superb attorney and extremely experienced. No stone goes unturned and there was always a plan b or c, if the first didn’t work out. We were able to get the property to close, paid back the entire balance of our mortgage, walk away with equity and most importantly, no foreclosure sale. Paradigm Law comes with our highest recommendation. We'd give 10 stars if we could. Leaving a home you've loved and lived in for many years is hard. Extreme downsizing magnifies the pain. Shikha was great from the start and very experienced. The short sale of our Maryland house was in limbo and the bank kept giving us a hard time for over 2 years.
