Attorney David Martella works in mysterious ways. For the last fifteen years due to lack of insight and judgement I found myself going in and out of the criminal justice system every two to three years. In every case I found favor with the judge. I love Dave Wasser. Once again, he made me say this, but it’s true. He took my slip and fall accident case that few people could have handled; it was very medically difficult to prove my injury, but he did it. Likely they were afraid of him getting another large verdict. He is like a bulldog: once he gets his teeth into something, he never lets go and will not, under any circumstances, back down.
