The honorable Brian Barke provided services to me which were thorough and concise. His precise and efficient work had us in and out of the court room very quickly. He was thorough enough to benefit both parties in the transaction and all was handled amicably and quickly. His demeanor was on task and his relationship with the court was beneficial to the court and all parties involved. I would recommend him based on the thorough job, professional advice and conduct, and his extensive knowledge of the law.

I was referred to MBZ by a friend that was opposed by MBZ in a family law matter when they represented another attorney, so it was a good recommendation. Logistically, I was always informed. Legally, I was always made aware of options, procedures, and possible outcomes. Personally, my fears and preferences were managed very well. Specifically, Mr. Barke was able to guide me through the process and keep me grounded. He kept things going in a direction that was a fit with my values. The people at the firm, especially Mr. Barke, are a great balance of savvy and personable. Charles Chester is a tremendously talented attorney with an incredible amount experience in the practice of law. Any potential client would be lucky to have Charles handling his or her case.

This is a arrogant overrated attorney, who did very little with my personal injury case over a period of eight months. After failing to get insurance information, he reneged on our original agreement, and wanted a $10,000 retainer instead. Errors were made in mailing documents, and the limited amount of work that was done was dilatory and shoddy. Hiring this attorney was a total waste of time, and not someone I would recommend. Response: Once again this attorney is distorting the facts. However, I'm glad to see he finally admitted why he wanted to change our agreement. If liability was an issue, why have me sign a contingency agreement. And I was never asked for any escrow money either. I was quite capable of handling the cost for my case as agreed. This attorney needs to be honest, and he can start by posting an updated picture of himself. If you decide to gamble with him like I did, "GOOD LUCK", you'll need it.
