Many issues but worst and completely undeniable is no invoices or accounting of time for my case since services retained May 8, 2024 and $20,000 retainer fee paid. It is now August 16, 2024. Repeated requests ignored and is filing to terminate her services based on blatantly false accusations provided in letter accompanying termination documents to be filed that contain significant errors and omissions. More issues but I believe this information is sufficient for this review and rating.

David Martella. I could write a book about you but to keep it short i thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for saving me from a DUI conviction and getting my case dismissed. The moment i hit the bus and the cops arrived and arrested me i thought my life was over. You gave me a second chance and now i can finally see the light.
