Warren "Ed" Tydings was our attorney for a young adult legal situation. He is an effective counselor, well-informed about the legal issues and the court filings/proceedings. I strongly recommend Ed Tydings for similar situations and related legal issues. Ed kept is well-informed throughout the process, provided realistic and pragmatic options, and together an effective outcome was achieved in this situation. Mr. Tydings was recommended by another attorney and I have called on him three times. The first was for a payroll tax issue that was mishandled by the provider, the second for a real estate transaction with complicated zoning and contract issues and the third was for a partnership issue with dysfunctional and potentially mishandled general partner problems. All were resolved to our satisfaction. Mr. Tydings is honest and blunt, caring and extremely strategic and smart. I feel like we have his full attention and he's fighting in a reasonable but tough manner for our needs. Very effective.
