Mr Felsen negotiated a seldom used special plea agreement for me. As others have said, he’s an incredible attorney. He will work his butt off for your case. I highly recommend this man.

Showed up in person at 7 locks on one of the worst mornings of my life. Got me outta jail, then off house arrest, and then negotiated a favorable plea agreement.

Mr. Felsen was absolutely amazing! He went over and beyond his call of duty for me, ended up taking on an additional surprise case, and stepped in for my bond hearing. He worked over the weekend to ensure my needs were met for my cases. He even delivered our evidence to the court room in a snowstorm for the next day. If you're ever in need of a lawyer, hire David! I was facing charges for the first time in my life and someone referred me to David. When we initially talked over the phone it was the day before a holiday. After our phone conversation David called me back and said although the office is closed for the holiday he would meet with me since I sounded nervous. He took the time to answer all of my questions and showed a genuine interest in helping me get the best results. David was very helpful with a domestic violence case and even though I did not hire him he took the time out of his day on multiple occasions to consult with me about my rights and what I can expect during the process.

While searching the internet (Avvo site) for a lawyer. I came across this post (Oct. 12, 2017) which convinced me Mr. Felsen was the attorney I needed to handle my case. Mr Felsen was very accommodating, during the consultation and the time before the court date. We had only discuss my case over the phone. He even allowed me to pay his fee via phone. Mr. Felsen and I meet for the first time, the day I was to appear in court. I was an nervous wreck, first time having to appear before a judge.
