I went to closing in October, Peak title over charged me for my water bill $600. They said this was protocol, ok cool. It is now January and they have not paid my $100 final water bill or refunded me the difference in my money. I have called several times and I am always told I will get a call back. Guess what, no call back, no water bill paid and no refund. If you don't like begging for your money, do yourself a favor and work with another title company.

Choosing the right title company can really make all the difference in a transaction. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and timeliness of every interaction I had with Peak from beginning to end. My experience was excellent, I plan to use peek in the future, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering their services.

My experience with Peak Settlements and Chad Older in particular was excellent. They processed our settlement under a tight closing deadline, were readily available to answer questions and provide advice, and were overall a pleasure to interact with. I recommend them without reservations.

I had difficulty finding an attorney who would take my case on. But Mr. Gardner did and I can’t thank him enough for seeing it through for me, which he did quickly and successfully. I knew I could trust his expertise and place everything in his capable hands. The relief of having done so is enormous. And the staff was helpful, accessible, timely, and professional throughout the process. I would call on Mr. Gardner again and would recommend him and his firm a thousand times over.
