I highly recommend this firm for your legal needs. My matter was resolved with professionalism and speed. Telephone calls, emails and or requests were timely and followed up quickly so there was no need to go into the office. I felt like my matter was as important to them as it was to me. Jeremy Fishman comes highly recommended by my daughter who was previously a client. I also recalled Jeremy assisting my father many years ago with an auto accident. With this I had high expectations. At one point during my ordeal, I was not seeing the big picture when dealing with the other guy’s insurance regarding my totaled vehicle. He came to my rescue resolving all my concerns. I would give zero stars if I could. Never work with this firm. They are listed as participating with my employer group legal plan. I provided case details via voicemail and email. I received an email back from attorney with initials J.R. saying we cant help you. No explanation of why he could not help me. When I replied back to him, I advised I would email my group legal carrier about the I can't help response via email from him. I get another email immediately saying their caseload would not allow him to take my case, with my group legal carrier cc'd. Like a threat and an attempt to cover himself. I would have appreciated the caseload information in the initial email. I needed a demand letter for return of property. I can tell he skimmed through my email, as he addressed me as a name that is part of email and not my correct name on the voicemail and email provided. My demand letter request, I feel was not lucrative enough. Attention to detail is not his Forte, which an attorney needs. Think twice if you see listed as a participating provider with your group legal carrier. You will not receive basic customer service or common courtesy. The firm will reply to this review with some convoluted response. Take their reply with a grain of salt. The details in my review are 100% accurate and I have the email trail to back it up. So it's consistent to say we can't help with no explanation? Consumers....please keep that in mind. I am glad this firm does not represent me. Also keep in mind positive reviews are most likely positive outcomes for that particular client. There is never any reason to be rude period. Consumer they have admitted in their reply.......the way I was handled as a perspective client is a culture filled with rudeness and elitism. My review is definately from a perspective client point of view. I would never hire or recommend this firm. They take no accoutability for their actions as far as treatment of possible new clients. First impressions matter. AGAIN, possible new clients.....Beware

Jeremy and his staff are great. He took care of everything while I recovered from my car crash. I just had to concentrate on getting better. He was recommended to us by friends and they were spot on. I can't thank him enough.
