David Bach was the second attorney I retained to handle my divorce. He clearly explained all my options and respected my decisions. Way back in1996 Mr. Williamowsky helped me through my divorce. My divorce was the most devastating thing that had ever happened to me. I was confused, frustrated and miserable. Mr. Williamowsky was a calm voice in all the chaos that was now my life. Now on to 2022. My ex-husband wanted to change the alimony agreement so I sent a copy of his new agreement to Mr. Williamowsky. It wasn't a legal agreement! The original settlement must be taken section by section. And each section must be agreed upon. Mr. Williamowsky wrote a legal agreement which we both accepted. I must mention that I was living in the state of Washington, my ex was living in Maryland and Mr. Williamowsky's law office is also in Maryland. I’ve worked with Justin Reiner and Joelle Ferry for more than a year completing a task that should have only taken 3 months. The reason for the delay rests squarely on my shoulders.To their credit they were more than patient while I procrastinated. And while I was busy procrastinating, Justin would check on me regularly via a brief email message; just making sure I hadn’t lost my way. Ultimately, once I got my ducks in a row, they wasted no time advocating for me and accelerating the process. It’s been a lot of moving parts. Bruce Bender hung in there with me for nearly two years as my attorney in two cases. He took on one of my cases, even after many other attorneys turned me down. We both knew it was going to be long shot, and in the end, we did not prevail.
