Joshua Berman is the best injury lawyer in the DMV. I was bit by a dog in August 2022, and I had called about 8 law firms to see if they could accept my case and fight my case; 6 of them refused to fight my case since they didn't think it was strong enough, or I was out of the jurisdiction of their practice. Out of the 2 firms that were willing to fight for me, one was Dross Berman. Joshua fought my case for months with an uncooperative party, and got me the highest settlement possible. He is very knowledgeable, patient and is very confident in his work. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone I know of his law practices.
