Barbara is helping me in the purchase of a franchise. She is very pointed, responsive and accessible. She tells you what you need to hear and know, not what you want to hear. She is very timely in her responses, and sensitive to the needs of small businesses, including sole proprietors. She provides excellent counsel, and I recommend her highly.
