Mr Felsen is hero to me he worked everything out for me before the trial started he wasn’t nervous at all he knows all the judges and state attorneys. he walked and knew exactly what was gonna happen he said to me it’s solved before the judge came out it was in an out situation I was faced with a Malicious destruction of property felony he got it taking care of within 2days of me hiring him hes fast and reliable if your faced with anything hes the guy to call without delay and he’s reasonable.

I called Mr. Felsen on a late December Saturday evening, and he responded in less than an hour as I was very concerned and had never had legal issues or required an attorney before. My decision turned out to be the best one I've ever made! Mr. Felsen calmed me down and was extremely professional, kind, understanding and VERY knowledgeable. I met with him in his Rockville office in late Dec 2021 to discuss my case. Mr. Felsen asked important questions relating to the circumstances and was able to devise defenses, several defenses, very quickly and calmed me down!! Within one month Mr. Felson, late January, convinced the State prosecutor to NOT Prosecute, Nolle Prosequi and the case dismissed!! This was incredibly great news and the best possible and fastest result we could have hoped for. Mr. Felson works quickly, explains everything, very efficient and professional. When I tell you David gets the job done he does!☺️ He was patient and kind to me especially with me being new to getting charges. He explained everything to me and understand being a single mom and worked with me for payment arrangements. Mr. Felsen was absolutely amazing! He went over and beyond his call of duty for me, ended up taking on an additional surprise case, and stepped in for my bond hearing. He worked over the weekend to ensure my needs were met for my cases. He even delivered our evidence to the court room in a snowstorm for the next day. Mr. Felsen gave me both the pros and cons to each decision that would be made on my end. He was a diamond in a rough. I wasnt just another number to him. I could tell he truly cared. He also is a monster in the court room and knows law very well. He knows when to be aggressive. My situation is very weird and was a challenging one, but he came through and won our cases. He even visited me while I was incarcerated on a Sunday and he spoke with the Commissioner at 12:30 AM unexpectedly for a different case he wasnt planning on working on.
