I hired Mr. Lukas to handle my divorce. It was a 17 year marriage with many shared assets and children involved. He is incredibly knowledgeable in family law and I was awarded everything that I asked for. He didn’t go over my retainer and I never had to step foot in a courtroom. He was efficient and always available to answer any questions and concerns. I can not recommend him highly enough.

Mr. Badger helped us with a long distance sale of my mother's Maryland home that also involved a Specific Power of Attorney. In Mama's aging condition there were stop and go's with the transaction but Mr. Badger never lost his patience or became frustrated with her or the situation. He spoke to her with dignity and kindness, and we moved forward at her comfort level. He always returned my calls and emails in a timely fashion (a pet peeve of mine) and was never to busy to answer questions or explain things. When Mama passed he was so kind and helpful, as well as knowledgeable, with his advise to us. Having been a Realtor for 31 years, as well as my personal legal matters, I've had many, many dealings with attorneys and I would rank him among the top in terms of the delightful and rare combination of competence and compassion void of ego. First and Foremost, I feel honored that I am able to write a review to show my appreciation and gratitude towards Mr. Jan-Paul Lukas. My story (case) is very complicated based on the amount of money involved with regards to a business transaction. Most people would think I was crazy, delusional, and down right out of my mind. Not only did Mr. Lukas grasp my case within minutes, he gave me options and different ways to approach the problem. Intelligent, honorable, and caring are only a few words to describe this bright young man. He resolved my case, protected me and my rights and delivered the best outcome one could hope for. In a world full of deception and lies, meeting this man gave me hope that there still exists good human beings who will stand up for you even when you've been kicked to the floor. Jan-Paul possess the most important characteristic that every attorney should have and that all clients should demand of their legal counsel, and that is dependability. His work ethic, knowledge and complete dedication to client satisfaction are capsulized by that dependability. Day, night, holiday or weekend, Jan-Paul has not only been responsive to my needs as a client but enthusiastic, understanding and devoted to providing solutions and sound advice. Sure, many attorneys can spout off ambiguous and nonsensical legal jargon that we've all heard before, but are they dependable, competent and understanding enough to make YOU feel like a competent partner within your legal needs and not just another wayward checkbook?
