My teenage son found himself in trouble, we were referred to an attorney. After driving 3 hours for our appointment we found they didn’t handle juvenile cases. They were kind enough to refer us to a colleague, whom took us in same day, Amazing ! Mr Phoebus walked into the room and assured my son that he was familiar with cases such as his. He looked at me an quickly set my mind at ease by answering my questions as well. He took notes, reassuring us that we shouldn’t have any big concerns, other than a new rule for 2022 all cases have to make one court appearance. This caused a dilemma as my son was going out state to college the following week. He spoke with such a calm voice to explain the laws and to tell us that he had no doubt my son would have a good outcome. (But as a mother I worry, scared to death my son would go to jail) He was very patient with all my questions and assured us we could call back if we thought of anything else. Much to our surprise 4 days later we get a phone call from Mr Phoebus, I assumed he needed more information…. NOPE, he hand delivered the documents, and went over the case and already had it resolved, community service AND we didn’t have to go back for the mandatory court meeting! When he called we were speechless, I just couldn’t believe he had taken care of this case in 4 short days, unbelievable and with a outstanding result! We are so grateful to Mr Phoebus and his team! His secretary as well as his paralegal were also so helpful and very kind! This team made this difficult situation so much easier to deal with!! I would highly recommend them to any family member or friends!!

My daughter was rear ended in a terrible accident that totaled her car and injured her. John Phoebus refused to back down on holding the driver responsible. Everything was handled as swiftly as possible. The communications allowed my daughter to feel empowered instead of continuing to feel victimized. Through highly competent negotiating the case was settled in my daughter's favor with more than satisfactory compensation for her pain and suffering. I would hire this firm again in a heartbeat.

Same day return correspondence. Mr. Phoebus was not able to assist us personally on such short notice we gave, but he was able to refer us to one of his colleagues who was able to represent us with only three days of notice. Excellent resource and flexibility.

Mr. Phoebus represented my son in a recent legal matter. As any parent can imagine it was an extremely difficult process to endure. Through John's leadership skills, knowledge of the law and compassion for his clients we had a very positive experience despite the circumstances.
