Called to schedule consultation for a family member. Provided brief synopsis of situation to staff. Was told I would hear back from someone never called simply unprofessional.

My wife and I retained Mr Blackford’s services for an estate matter. The estate was in Maryland, but we lived in Texas, which greatly hampered our ability to intervene in what was happening. Our case was complex and convoluted. Mr Blackford was persistent in getting to the heart of the matter and obtaining all of the necessary records and documentation. He had an exceptional attention to detail and an exemplary understanding of the law. He was patient, professional, and always willing to thoroughly explain progress in the case and answer all of our many questions. We never felt rushed by him. We never felt like we were a bother. It was truly phenomenal service. I feel that Mr Blackford not only had our best interest in mind, but actually cared about the situation surrounding the estate and our relative, which meant a lot to us. He exceeded our expectations in every way and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.
