Andy Jezic is an amazing lawyer. I had a serious case, yet Andy was able to get it completely dismissed. I am truly grateful for his hard work and dedication. He forms strong relationships with his clients and has extensive knowledge about the criminal defense world. I was easily able to communicate with him via texting, emails, and calling, even in the late hours of the night. He gave me frank advice about the case and about life outside the case.

I hired Mr Jezic when I learned I was under investigation for alleged financial crimes. Mr Jezic was compassionate and listened to my side of the story, then entered into negotiations with the prosecutor. He fought hard to reduce the charges to a single misdemeanor plea. I was pleased with the outcome.

In the short period of 20 to 30 minutes, Judge William Simmons called my case. The state of Maryland VS. Pierre. As no witness showed up and no evidence was presented by the prosecution, Judge Simmons gave its verdict: NOLLE PROSIQUI. I walk out of the courtroom with smile on my face and tears of joy in my eyes. I got my life back again! Mr. Jezic has been my lawyer for long time. He is a great lawyer and a great friend. His loyalty to his client is on the top. He is very honest, works very hard, takes the case as it is his case and has nothing but it. He goes with the case to the highest level of efforts, does come out of his office to shake my hand and walk with me to his office and goes again to say bye out of his office to the elevator, and most of the time he will give me a hug as my best friends do. He does not look at the case as a resource of money but as a resource of honor and he should wine. I will recommend him for every criminal case and I am sure he is one of the best.

I was recently charged by the state of Maryland in Prince George's County with Prostitution/Solicitation. Furthermore, to complicate matters, I had a pending petition with USCIS to remove restrictions on my Green card. Solicitation/Prostitution charges under federal law are taken very seriously and could have had complicated immigration status. Also as a Professional with a state license, such charges may have had consequences with the licensing board. I was extremely impressed during my first meeting with Andrew. What particularly stood out to me was not only his willingness to help me in court but also out of court. He pointed me towards various counsellors/books/organization that have made an impact. I was also pleased with the outcome of the trial and currently working towards getting the case dismissed and expunged. I hired Mr. Jezic to represent me on three felony burglary and several misdemeanor theft charges. The prosecutor did not offer a particularly generous plea bargain, dismissing the misdemeanors but keeping all three felonies. Sentencing guidelines called for me to be incarcerated for 2-8 years, and the prosecutor argued vehemently for 4 years of jail time. Mr. Jezic was nothing short of exceptional in the courtroom, orchestrating a defense that included a number of letters on my behalf, a variety of materials speaking to my accomplishments in the community, and three character witnesses. Despite guidelines specifying 2-8 years of jail time and a solid prosecutor asking for four, Mr. Jezic’s representation resulted in my receiving no jail time at all; only unsupervised probation. The result was better than I could have ever hoped for. Every interaction with Mr. Jezic and his staff was pleasant and productive. I met with him in person and by email, and he was responsive to all of my questions every time. I couldn’t have asked for better representation or a better result. I strongly recommend him and his firm.
