This essentially gave me my life back in order to expunge my case information as well as present proof that enough for the court to reopen a merit hearing of CUSTODY. If you are Father who has been put in the GAMBIT of answering as a respondent to DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. The courts can order up to 90% income with holdings for relief of FAMILY MAINTENANCE to the accuser, bases solely on allegations. We know that there are bad guys out there , buy in Family Law you are guilty on allegation. you need an attorney to advocate I paid $750 in two installments. I needed to get my Green Card taken care of and I wanted to apply for Citizenship. I went to 2 other Immigrations attorneys. I did not feel good about the outcome with them.
