David Moyse did an outstanding job as my lawyer in a DUI case in Montgomery County. From the time of my first appointment in the offices of Jezic and Moyse, LLC through the date of my trial, I always felt comfortable and confident that Dave and his team were thoroughly prepared and working extremely hard on my behalf. Whenever I called with questions, they were answered immediately. On the day of the trial, Dave presented evidence that convinced the prosecutor and judge to dismiss all charges. I was completely exonerated. Dave is an outstanding attorney and I would ONLY recommend him without hesitation .

One smiling officer came to the door wanting answers about my college-aged son. He insisted that we make things easy, just set up an appointment to speak with him over at the station. Since my son was innocent, it didn’t occur to us to hire an attorney. Our naive assumption that criminal defense lawyers were only for the guilty or for the very wealthy, our faith that a candid talk with any law enforcement agent who “seems cool” can clear one’s name, only led to my son’s arrest. I had a DUI case by which I needed a lawyer for and after doing extensive research to find the right one as well as going through many consultations, I found David Moyse to be the most worthy lawyer to review my case. When I was arrested for the first time in my life and charged with multiple theft related felonies it was vital that I find a great criminal defense attorney. Since I had lost my job because of the arrest, it was also important that I find someone affordable. After meeting with 6 other lawyers (including some of the biggest names in Maryland) I chose to hire David. The lawyers I met with before him had noted the seriousness of my case, only adding to my ever-growing worry. I was not sure how to take it when David appeared so easy going, and assured me with confidence that everything was going to be ok. However, he was the only lawyer who truly made me feel better in the face of what I thought would ruin my life AND believed my "side of the story." Other lawyers had tried to up their prices because of the seriousness of the charges even after hearing I had lost my job. Not only did David give me the most reasonable price, he provided what I saw as better services right from the start. He answered all of my questions, kept me up to date on what was going on, and made me feel at ease and confident about the case and about my uncertain future. Every charge against me was dropped and thanks to David's encouragement I am planning to enroll in Grad school. On the afternoon of Easter Sunday 2014 I was cited for DUI in Monthomery County following a brunch. My BAC was .09. I was very upset- I had never encountered the criminal justice system before and had no idea that I was legally drunk when I got behind the wheel- and Dave walked me through the process, keeping the entire situation in perspective. He was responsive, thoroughly answered my questions, and identified some defenses to my case and a way to keep my driving privileges from being interrupted. Ultimately, the DUI charges were dismissed and I plead guilty to reckless driving and received a day of unsupervised probation and a fine, pursuant to a PBJ. I don't know if my result was representative, but I am thrilled with the service and result and would endorse this attorney without reservation. I recently got referred to David Moyse after a very known lawyer in the Rockville area was set to be out of the country around the time of my court date. I met him the day of my court date, very last minute, and not only did he make me feel very comfortable & broke everything down - he got the judgement I wanted of unsupervised probation!
