Just called Mr. Cohen's office, and got the most nonchalant attitude from Christina. Not good at all! All I want is communication my case manager. Last we spoke was in the Fall of 2016, and that's was due to a call I initiated after not hearing from her for several months prior. Communicate, Communicate, Communicate! Mr. Rouen, can YOU please give me a call. It would be greatly appreciated. After my initial review of Mr. Rohan's office 5 months ago, I recvd a call from the new ofc mgr Claudia. She offered her sincerest apology for the lack of response I recvd regarding my case. Claudia took over my case and got me more than I expected! Thank you Claudia!😀

I totally agree with the other review . Worst law office I've ever dealt with. Uses office staff to screen his calls and allows them to act like lawyer. You never get to speak with him.They lie to you about what's been done or sent. It's a rollercoaster of nothing but lies. I sometimes wonder if he know what his office staff is doing when he allows them to handle his clients the way this office does .We aren't talking about paralegal we are talking office staff aka receptionist ECT. Clearly not legal in a lot of ways . These cases are stressful enough then to be given the run around by someone you though was looking out for your best interest only to get this. How sad

My boyfriend is currently using Mr.Rohan's services, and has found himself faced recently with an internal conflict of whether or not his best interest is in mind when dealing with their clients. In addition, I believe anyone who seeks defense from an attorney wants reassurance from them and to get updates on their cases, and in DEPTH at that. It's terrible when I call up there to ask some questions that im unsure of (reasons I needed your expertise in the first place) and your staff is always misinformed about my case, and very rude and offputting when asked to many questions. Elise (sorry if I misspelled her name) is awesome though. I think she does a great job and is always very helpful with her knowledge of the law. Mr.Rohan, although we had only spoken once at my free legal consultation I still do believe he has my back, and will fight for me and the benefits that I deserve! Just my input. Thank you for what you guys do.

my case has been going on for years. It is hard to talk with the lawyer. He has a pit bull that blocks all of his calls. You can't get pass her. She is very rude Maria, They are always telling me that they are waiting on a court date, I did my own check up on the court day and found out they never filed for a hearing, They are liars and once I am finished with them I will never refer them to anyone.

I have to commend Steve and his staff, especially Maria for all of their help. They have been handling my case and I must say they are the BEST. Thank you guys for all that you do.

I had the best experience with Steve Rohan and his Law firm. His assistant Maria Pena was excellent. They took care of my case with precision and hassle free for me. When ever I had a question about my case they where in attendance at all times. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming every time I step foot in their office. There is no doubt that I will recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks for all your help Steve and Maria.
