Rebecca is the last lawyer in a search for the best for me, I have had lawyer's that people in Baltimore city and Anne Arundel county calmed were the best. But when I really needed someone to come through they asked me for a lot more money and told me the best they could do, and that I would still end up with 8 yrs in prison! That's when I had to find someone who could do atleast something better for me, and my girlfriend at the time found Rebecca, I took my problem to her and she is the only one who said she could get the charge dropped to a simple traffic ticket and that I would walk away with no jail time! And that's exactly what happened! I would have gladly paid more for her, so I used her again, and she is just amazing! Believe me I'm no saint but I don't belong in jail, and she is the only one who can keep me out. So if you have something you are facing time on take it to her if you want to stay out! PS. I am very happy with Ms. Cosca. I got pulled over in pg county for just driving 20 mph over the posted speed limit of 35 mph. as I was doing food delivery, the police officer was a jerk and gave me 7 tickets in one ticket totalling $900. I was referred to Ms. Cosca by a good friend of mine who has a computer and cell phone repair business called access one solutions. I called Ms. Cosca and explained my situation and she told me to come by and meet with her. I never knew a very nice and helpful lawyer with an affordable fee. I was lookin to spend $1500 or more to have her represent me but cut that in half and she took care of the issue to one ticket for $115.00. I was very convinced and relaxed to have known her to help me out in this matter. I'd recommend her to any and everyone I'll come by that are seeking her services. It was a pleasure to meet you and hopefully I can stay out of trouble. :) but if I need anything she will be the first on my list to contact. Thank you greatly for your help!!!

Rebecca is wonderful, responsive and professional. She does what she says she is going to do, and she does it very well. Her fees are reasonable, and she was a joy to work with. I highly recommend using her for what ever legal situation you may have. If she cant do it, she is honest enough to let you know.
