A couple of years ago, Mr. Simmons was appointed as the attorney to handle my daughter’s juvenile case. Upon receipt, he immediately reached out to set up an in-person meeting. There, he formally introduced himself, listened to all parties so that he could understand the full extent of the charges, ascertained the family relationship and discussed plans for the case. From that moment on I was impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. He has been very instrumental in facilitating and mediating my daughter’s cases in several of the juvenile courts.
