I was in my first accident in August of last year and didn’t really know what to expect. I was referred to Stephen Gensemer and don’t have the words to express my gratitude. Mr. Gensemer took the time to explain the process of a personal injury claim and answer any questions I may have had. He also made sure to get me into a doctor as soon as possible. CROOKS!!!...they take your money and leave you out to fend for yourself, taking advantage of those in desperate situations. I paid this firm over $14K for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and could not get a return phone call when receiving an IRS notice of outstanding taxes upon discharge WTH!
