Andalman brought a steady and calm approach to resolve a complicated mutli-front matter. He worked effectively with me (the client) and added value from his special experience in disability, and I believe that by following his guidance we have better positioned my legal claims.

I came to Elliott Andalman for assistance with my Federal Disability Retirement and Social Security cases. I had tried to handle these at first on my own with no success and then hired another attorney who was a complete scam and lost my reconsideration (Harris Federal Law Firm based in Kentucky). We had pretty much given up at that point. We were emotionally and financially drained. Then my husband found Andalman & Flynn on the internet. That's when everything changed. After being denied OPM disability retirement and having a dreadful experience with another firm that charged very little for handling my initial application for disability (I found out the hard way that it's true -- you get what you pay for), I went to see Mr. Andalman for help with my Request for Reconsideration. Elliott Andalman and the people at his firm are the best! I needed a lawyer to help with my Federal Disability Retirement from the Postal Service.
