Mary Ellen Flynn has been my attorney since 2013. I wholeheartedly appreciate everything she has done on my behalf. What sets Mary Ellen apart from other lawyers, is not only her high expertise in family matters; but also her professionalism in all matters. She is compassionate and intelligent. Very slow unprofessional. After months and months no response on questions and always blames the staff. Now six months after the bad two plus years experience I hear that they never paid my medical one third of the money from the settlement they kept. Letter from medical company says they have been trying to get the money for months with no response from Gaines. Totally outraged. Do not recommend at all!!!!!!

This guy Sergei Petukhov leaves bad reviews so he can earn google points. Please don't take his bogus review seriously. Andelman Family Law sensitively represents without sticking you with uneeded costs. They are helping me with an ugly child custody case driven by greed from the other party.

Andalman & Flynn helped me win both my LTD and Social Security case. My very first meeting with the firm was directly with Elliott Andalman. He is extremely professional, intelligent, compassionate, direct and honest. Whenever a change popped up in either of my cases, Elliott would call me personally to explain the details and handle any questions I may have. A few days after my initial meeting I received a phone call by a wonderful paralegal, Aynsley. She shares all the same qualities as Elliott along with being well educated and informative. She is very tentative to my needs to make sure she could help in any way. Last but certainly not least, I had the pleasure of being represented in court by Tito Morales. His intelligence prevailed both in his demeanor and how he handled my case in front of the judge. Including all of the fantastic qualities he shares with Elliott and Aynsley, he also tried diligently to calm my nerves. I had no worries that this team had my family and my own best interests at heart. Both cases were time consuming and lengthy but this team always kept me up to date and informed. This made my cases move along seamlessly and I always knew what to expect. They each worked hand in hand to make sure there were no glitches. I highly recommend this firm for your legal needs.

Lets start by saying that from the moment you walk in the door they are warm and welcoming. Mr. Gaines and his staff were SUPER helpful while working on my case. Very professional office. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I would not recommend this lawyer office to anyone after they get there 33% they wont calling you its your job to keep up with them. When you call the excuse always fall on his clerk not during there job. The worst lawyer

If could leave no stars I would do so! This lawyer is very unprofessional. Look up the Name "worse" and "Dewaye Gains" is the definition!!!

This attorney misled me with regard to the legal representation. She pawned off her work to an associate who was a joke. She tried to extort additional retainer fees from me and I had to remove her from the case. I have filed complaints with the ABA and Montgomery County Bar. This attorney is the epitome of untruthful divorce lawyers. Stay away from her and her firm.

Kate McDonough was the attorney handling the probate for our mother's estate & was most supportive to our large family and heirs. She was very kind & professional through a difficult time. Her guidance and attention to detail throughout the cumbersome probate process was invaluable. I would highly recommend Kate's legal services.

Inefficient and expensive. Had to terminate them. Mr. Elliott Andalman and his assistant Mr. Eric Schroeder were handling my wife's SSDI overspending case. They do back and forth with you asking questions - this is called "strategizing". All that "strategizing" has produced nothing at all except for billing. One form was filed with SSA. One letter was mailed to Silver Spring SSA office. I think they still have no clue what my wife’s case was all about. After 6 months 6k dollars worth of "strategizing" had to terminate them. No results! Terrible experience! Now I know why people hate lawyers.

We called multiple offices regarding FERS disability claim, and this was the only placed that helped. Great staff, reasonable, and communicative. The other places just wanted a monster retainer up front, and could not care less about the case or the client. If we did not use Andaman and Flynn we would have been in a world of hurt. Without a doubt if we used anyone else that we had reached out to, they would have just stole our money.
