María Mena is the best. I was charged with assault in the 2nd degree. The so called victim was present and was pushing the State to go foward. Ms Mena after arguing with the State and convincing the State that the aggressor was the alleged victim over the víctims objection dismissed it.

Expect nothing but the best. The place for all solutions. I was wrongfully charged for something I knew nothing about. Great lawyer highly recommend

I conducted research online before scheduling a 1 hour consultation at the rate of $425. I completed the detailed questionnaire, provided all pertinent documents, and listened to his podcast to prepare for our call. I spent 46 minutes briefing him about my situation. It's clear he didn't follow his own protocol; he knew absolutely nothing about my situation. To make matters worse, he shared a random story or two about discriminatory language and the problem with using deragatory language (N-word and Anti Semitic). And with only 6 minutes remaining tells me about his retainer fee and advises that I may want to place the costs on my credit card to get started. I was extremely disappointed at the conclusion of the call. Please make certain you do your research before investing in legal representation. I learned the hard way.
