Had a 3 car accident in 2020 at the height of Covid and I was the unfortunate middle car. Emmanuel Fishelman has worked hard since day one! He was the ONLY one willing to take my case since other lawyers deemed my case as a lost cause due to the odd writing from the police report even though it wasn’t my fault. We had to wait a long time to go to court due to Covid. Throughout the two years in waiting, he would call to check on me, keep me updated and always welcomed me to give him a call if I had any questions. When the big day finally came this year in 2022, Emmanuel was amazing! The way he carried himself in court, it was no doubt he was a very well seasoned litigator and an exceptional one at that! He won my case with a very sizable settlement. I’m truly happy I was able to find someone like him who believed in my case and fought hard to win. 10/10 would highly recommend.
