A waste of time working with this firm. My parents and I started our case November 2021 so they could receive their residency through me. We were told it was going to take anytime between 12-18, it will be 2 full years on the 11th of November and nothing has happened. We call the paralegal on our case and we can NEVER get in contact and when we do we can never get a full explanation on whats going on. We got switched attorneys twice, then got assigned back to our first and when all these changes happened we were never updated. My family & I are so extremely dissatisfied, they promote themselves on radio El Zol but all they’ve done is taken our money and run with it.
