I have waited two years to review Eric Suarez. I have visited him at his office at the time for a consultation and paid $100. He said to me my case is hopeless, I have done wrong things and there is no way I can apply for an adjustment of status. He said some rules only apply to citizens not legal residents which was not the case at our situation. He also did not have any idea about the two tables of the priority dates. He went to ask his supervisor, he did not know either. I literally explained it to him and he learned something from me that day. But at the time I was the one paying for teaching something and hearing all the wrong information. I had the worst time until I found another lawyer who said my case is easy, I did everything by the book and mapped out a road plan for the next steps. I waited to hold my green card to post this review. So I do not remember every little detail about my consultation but it was a disaster and I cannot believe he is still a lawyer.

Unfortunately the secretariat they have at the Woodbridge branch, has no education, is very pedantic and does not greet customers, has no kindness towards customers.

David I. Steinberg was very knowledgeable and sympathetic. He listened and then explained what he thought and then took steps to make sure everything was done right and that I would feel comfortable every step of the way. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had a positive experience and wanted to recommend Dave himself. The guy is smart and compassionate and knows his stuff. He came highly recommended by a friend and I am now glad that I called him when I did.

What amazing attorney he's patience, kind, good and a good listener. I have been referring people's to him for many years trust me when i say you wont be disappointed. Excellent workmanship. 5 Stars*****
