Receptionist makes you reschedule your appointment because your 5 minutes late looking for parking. They have no flexibility with you. The langley park office has better customer service.

Great customer service. Very friendly staff. Notarized documents in no time.

I wasn’t too fond of the customer service over the phone. After 4 attempts I finally was able to make an appointment. Luckily it was less than a week away. When we arrived we were greeted by 3 lovely women and handed paper work to fill out. They were helpful and pleasant. We didn’t wait long before Eric Suarez called on us. He was very attentive and helpful. He took his time with us and showed genuine concern. He spoke both Spanish and English fluently. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I plan on attaining him for help in my case. I do recommend this law firm 👍

Me parece que no son serios fui a una cita para consultar por una petición me entrevista una abogada americana y otra hispana yo hablo y entiendo ingles y me dijeron que si tomaban el caso me dieron el precio y me explicaron lo que harían para que yo pudiera traer a un familiar menor de 16 años me explicaron que ellos harían una carta poder aquí para que el papa del menor firmará y cuando ya esté aquí la carta ellos enviarán a una corte en Maryland y así yo tener la custodia del menor y luego someter papeles a inmigración y así de fácil jamás me dijeron que el menor tendría que estar aquí para ellos hacer ese proceso ahora que llamo me dicen que no que jamás me dijeron eso que me lo Dijeron varias veces que el menor tiene que estar aquí y la verdad me siento engañada menos mal que no firme nada ni les pague nada porque pienso que no saben nada dejo esta nota para que si vienen a esta forma pregunten bien antes de cualquier cosa y no se dejen engañar menos mal que yo investigue por varios lados y me pude dar cuenta que me estaban mintiendo 11/21/2017
