TERRIBLE SERVICE. I paid more than 9,000 for a case and we waited and waited for 8 MONTHS to in which the case should’ve been done and ready. Not once did they communicate and once we asked them what was taking so long with the updates. Turns out they kept the money and never even sent the information to uscis. We were so upset and they told us to re sign again because they would not refund our money. We re signed the contract so they could start the progress ALL OVER AGAIN. not only that. It’s been a few months. THE SECOND TIME and no news. It’s been almost two years now when it should’ve been 6 months. Wether I try to go in person or communicate through phone my lawyers CESAR CHAVEZ is never AVAILABLE. I have no idea how my case is even doing nor do I have a chance to know. Everything is paid off already and they are not giving me ANY SERVICES WHATSOVER.

Words can’t even begin to express the absolute frustration I feel about the horrendous service this firm provides. If you need assistance with anything other than SIJS, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! My case has been stuck in limbo for years, and throughout this painfully long process, I’ve received zero updates and no communication about how my case was being handled or what the final steps would entail. I poured thousands of dollars into this firm, counting on their so-called "expertise," and I’ve been met with nothing but disappointment. This is an absolute nightmare of a service, and I regret ever choosing them!
