Phil took my unlawful termination case when a few other lawyers had declined, since they were afraid of the defendant and their army of lawyers. Not only did Phil exhibit great patience and prepare us for a long slog, he was also easy to work with and, in the final analysis, was able to get us to a mediated settlement that was completely satisfactory for me and vindicated my deep complaints. I would gladly work with him again - although sincerely hope I never have to!

He is logical, focused, and always has your best interest in mind while informing you concerning the realities of the case - to get the best outcome. I would hire him in a second again.

Mr. Zipin charged me for consultation fee, but he never provided a conclusion on his counseling and he never answered my questions with regard to the case. You know what to expect from your lawyer, and Mr. Zipin does not let you down. After the court ruled in my favor in March, defendants wanted to settle the case. Mr. Zipin proved to be a talented trial lawyer as well as a skilled negotiator. Being “locked and loaded” for a long litigation battle, he tried to secure an excellent settlement.
