솔직히, 나의 케이스는 상대방이 무보험, 무면허였기 때문에 기대를 많이 하지 않았다. 상대방 쪽애서 우리 쪽 요구에 반응을 하지 않아, 시간이 많이 지연되었고, 최악의 경우 코트에 출석할 일이 발생할 수 있다는 얘기를 들었기 때문이다. 나는 거의 포기 상태였는데, 그레이스 사무장은 오히려 나를 encourage 하며, 지속적으로 업데이트를 하였다. 그녀의 루틴한 업데이트는 상황이 좋던 나쁘던 그녀와 변호사를 신뢰할 수 있게 해 주었다. 로펌에서 끝까지 포기하지 않고, 케이스를 진행한 결과, 최고의 결과를 받아 주었다. 그레이스도 나도 너무 놀랬다. 또한, 펜데믹 상황이라 전화 통화도 불편했을 텐데, 본인의 일 처럼 잘 follow up 해 준 그레이스 정에게 개인적으로 너무 너무 고맙다.
