I have been a client of Cooper Firm for years. I have referred family members here. From my most recent interaction with the firm I must say something has gone terribly wrong. Steven although very kind appears to be incapable of closing cases promptly for not only my case but those referred also. Additionally, the paralegals are either unhappy, uninterested, or incompetent. The desk help is very rude and involves herself in matters other than secretary duties. Go in get a feel for the place, before you retain them consider unexpected wait times, repetitive status emails sent, excuses, repeated conversations, delay case closure. Customer service is superficial and when things don’t go as expected and discussed, you are the angry person. This is coming from a person who believes we should do unto others, as one would have other to do them. Far warning.
