I can not express my gratitude enough to the Firm for accepting my case and seeing it through. My case like many others involved a federal Agency and therefor it took extensive knowledge and forthright to prevail and finally receive justice. Michael Lind took my workers compensation case during a period when I was struggling with representing myself. He informed me I could potentially secure a financial value from my case and his payment would come directly from the payment. It turned out, no fault of his, I exceeded the period by which it was possible. Michael could have easily walked away; however, he was determined to see me through the process, which was very admirable. Over a period of twelve months, he made sure I received approvals for physical therapy and walked me through the process, while negotiating an agreement that provided me benefits for years to come.
