Found he to be okay in court for my case that I paid directly to him by check and was told this concluded our business in April 2018. I get a call on Dec. 24, 2018 saying I have a $3k+ balance due and I call him about this and got no return call from Attorney Bartley or his office about the matter. Well, I just got a call again August 6 2019 well over a year since my matter was closed and as I said there was no bill sent between April and December 2018.
