I have used Greenberg & Bederman, LLC, for several auto accidents. They have helped me during my hardship. Extremely friendly and courteous, they genuinely do care about their clients. Be careful giving them all of your information when you call. I feel like they researched my life before they denied me. They, as in their intake area, wants your name email phone number and address... as soon as you call and before evening being considered for a case. They asked me if I'm a business complaining, as if individually, I am unimportant. Now they have all of my info for no reason, probably to share it. Please remove my information from your database.

I called and they referred me to a lawyer for my son. The law firm called me they don't take on minors. So thanks for not helping me find a lawyer for my 11 year old that has a lifelong disability.

Updated Review: I am increasing the review to 3 stars from One Star because of a conversation I had with a different person than my Lawyer, my lawyers para or, Mr. Bederman, and, prompted by my initial review. The person that called me went through the details of what activities went on regarding my account. Although there apparently was behind the scenes activity in regards to my case, my primary reason for the less than stellar review was and still is communications. As someone who was in the service industry for decades, communications with the client is a first priority. In this instance, G&B did not communicate their activities with me so that I understood they were working on my behalf. Hopefully your experience will be better. Original Review: I really dislike writing a bad review, but I don't know how else to get G&B's attention. I called and spoke with my G&B lawyers Para and left a VM for my lawyer weeks ago about this issue. Crickets. Bottom line, I fired them in June 2023 (some details I will not go in to but it had to do with communications or lack thereof between G&B, SSA and me). This was the 2nd time I had fired them for similar reasons, but I talked to the attorney that time and decided to keep them. Fact: I received a letter dtd early June 2023 from my G&B attorney stating they were no longer handling my case at my request. I also received a copy of a letter/form sent to SSA by G&B telling SSA they were no longer handling my case. My name was correct on the form to SSA but G&B put someone else's SSN on the form. I emailed the Para and "assumed" it was taken care of. Shame on me. Fast forward to October 2023. My Disability was APPROVED by SSA, back pay was calculated and sent. When I got my letter from SSA I saw that G&B had gotten a payment for the entire retro period, including the time between my firing them and approval. I called the Para, who said "you have a thick file", and then said about the letter, "we didn't wave the fees". I told her that wasn't acceptable, she put me to my attorneys VM, I left a message and crickets. I do not begrudge G&B for some sort of compensation. I talked to the lawyer twice (one was talking me out of firing them). I called the para several times and there were some emails exchanged. They did open a file and I presume printed out some documents. HOWEVER, considering their performance, their mistakes on paperwork to SSA and the FACT that I fired them in June 2023, they are not entitled to the full amount that was sent to them. Shame Shame Shame.

Lazy Staff , didn’t even look in to my case they made a decision to not take my case. A better law firm took my case anyway so it’s great I didn’t get involved with them.

Excellent communication skills. I was informed ever step of the way. My lawyer helped me get the maximum and the case was handled speedy. I would definitely recommend Greenberg & Bederman if you need an accident lawyer as I did.
