Great response time. They weren't able to help me though.

Best attorneys ever

This Law Firm I suspect like many others, are run by money loving amateurs. Not only do they FALSELY ADVERTISE ON TELEVISION COMMERCIALS that they handle medical malpractice, they actually told me during an intake when I called their DC/Silver Springs office that one of their attorneys would be calling me. INSTEAD... they outsourced my name, contact information and case details to an entirely different law firm which I never heard of nor authorized to contact me. So when this exceedingly rude and short Attorney Christina Tyler called me from a different law firm NOT Greenberg & Bedderman, I was confused and guarded. She further explained that she has no details relating to my case other than my name, contact info and 1 sentence about Medical Malpractice/ Medical Negligence! I was stunned. I spent 20-30 minutes relaying my story to one law firm with the understanding that they would handle my medical malpractice potential case and instead this other law firm is asking me to relay once more a very painful and emotional account of what happened. This is starting off on a bad foot don't you think?? Is what I basically replied to her. She says, yes, I understand but Greenberg and Bedderman does this all the time and I wish they wouldn't but they outsource MEDICAL MALPRACTICE TO US WITHOUT GIVING MUCH DETAIL FROM THEIR INTAKE PROCESS. Wow. Firms like this give legitimate, hard-working, ethical law firms a bad name. When I called to complain how my case is being handed-off and handled the Receptionist answering the phone puts me on hold and hangs up on me stating " I will relay your complaint ma'am and goodbye." Why advertise in television no less if your services are this shotty and poor? Really. Save the millions in advertising costs and hire better staff and caring attorneys... if there is such a thing. As a Law major, I unfortunately seriously doubt there is. What a disgrace to the profession. Truly. Shop around folks. There has got to be better out there.

I would recommend them and they would definitely be my 1st choice if I needed a lawyer again. We as clients sometimes think their just sitting on their behinds collecting money but that's not true. We have to understand that the other parties will do whatever it takes to prolong the situation. I know I was a pain in the butt, calling and emailing like crazy lol but I wanna thank Ashton and Simba for being patient with me and helping me to understand the process, u guys are awesome!!

Pretty much blew me off. Weren't rude but guess they were looking for loss of life or limb to accept a case. Got the impression they are not interested in litigation want open and shut injury claims.

My accident was December 18, 2018. I am still in the settlement stage with no valid update. The attitude of the lawyer Tia was enough for me to want to approach her personally. I guarantee they are the ones writing their own reviews. They are very unprofessional and do not follow through with anything unless you reach out first. They do not keep you updated, and they drag you along until you have no other choice but to call them out. I will not recommend them to anyone at this time.

This is a great company. Working with Nathan was a rewarding experience. He goes far & beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend them to anyone serking exceptional service.

When I was hit by a car in the the summer of 2018, it felt like my life changed for the worst. In pain and with my one functioning arm at the time, I google searched and found lawyers to call. The first two would not take my case but 3rd times a charm. My case took longer than most because of my healing time but that's okay. Greenberg and Bederman is courteous, professional, prompt, and caring. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much!
