Love them. They were very quick, efficient, and informative through out my case. The called me to keep me up to date with everything that was happening. When they crave me time frames on how long something would possibly take they were right on target. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Greenberg and Bederman were very horrible to me. They held my case for over 9 months just to tell me they could not help me. They never consulted an expert witness or requested medical records that I could not obtained from the hospital. All that was said to me was that I'm sorry, we cannot prove that diabetes is what caused the death of your unborn child. So I asked, what about the 2 times I went to the doctors a week before the passing and I was sent home both times and told to schedule an NST. I know doctors should have done more testing and delivered my baby right then? All the attorney said was that this is why I'm telling you to get another opinion. I never was given answers as to what happened to my daughter or my options. I was just as confused when I first started the case 9 months prior, then I was 9 months later. I had to continuously call them, and I was never given updates. All i was told, was that "we are working on it, and the documents you gave us are fine, and i will pass your documents to one of our doctors". I never received the call or information the doctors gave them, I really don't think they spoke with anyone at all. I waited for 9 months just for them to throw me away like I was chopped liver. I did not receive any new information and left in the dust, when there are statue of limitations on medical malpractice cases. I was hurt, and felt like greenberg did not want to help me or give me real answers. I had to start from scratch because I was given false information for 9 months and still never got the answer as to what really happened or if the standard of care was breached. I feel so lonely and down on my luck, I do not know where to turn or what to do. Greenberg has really ruined my life and my chances of bringing a case against the people harmed my daughter has shorten. I Just wanted to share my story on mothers day, because the process with greenberg was horrible and unpleasant, and I will NOT recommend them to anyone, especially injured moms who have dealt with enough losing their children.

Even though I was In college, they kept me up to date on whats going on and they contacted me for any change as soon as it happened.

My experience with Greenberg & Bederman was a pleasant one. As this was my first experience with a personal injury claim, I was especially satisfied with the way GB quarterbacked the entire process explaining the steps to take and scheduling my therapy visits. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that has even the slightest need for legal assistance. Additionally, I can say that their communication was top-notch throughout. Thank you GB staff!!!!
