Had the misfortune of speaking to someone at this office (N) which lacked basic manners in speaking to another human being. I don't know if management treats their employees poorly where that comes down to how those treat potential clients or if this guy just doesn't like what he does but do not take it out on the public. Unprofessional.

I was involved in a car accident that wasn't my fault. Confused as to what steps to take next, I reached out to Greenberg and Bederman. From the very 1st conversation I felt as if I was in good hands. They set me up with amazing Dr. and while going through recovery they reached out to check on my well being. They kept me updated on every step during my settlement process. I'm so glad that I chose the team at Greenberg and Bederman and I would definitely recommend them.

Mr. Nathan Tinsley was the best assistant ever, he made sure the information that I was supposed to receive got to me in a timely manner. Mr. Joseph Garland made sure I wasn't just comfortable but also knowledgeable about my case and the hearing. He did exactly was he said he was going to do win my case; Mr. Garland didn't just win he got me more than what we where fighting for. So when it's time for you to fight for what's yours call Greenberg and Bederman and let them fight for you.

Greenberg and Bederman were supposed to be representing me in an auto accident case. I am DISGUSTED in the untimely and unprofessional manner in which my case was handled as well as how I was treated this morning. My attorney Mr. Eugene Khudoley had not contacted me for months. I reached out to him at the end of March with a status update, he requested two documents that he said were missing from his file and the only thing he was waiting on. I responded with the documents on April 3rd. NO one, and I mean NO ONE, has reached out to me after sending those documents. Today makes 1 month since my submittal. GB & has had my case since Dec 2023. When I contacted GB today to find out why no one has updated me I was transferred to T Davis who is the paralegal for Mr. I spoke to Mr. Eugene Khudoley. I explained to Ms. T. Davis that Mr. Eugene Khudoley requested documents that were sent. Ms. T. Davis could not seem to find the documents, so I forwarded them to her. When she received them, she indicated that she could not download the files. This was VERY frustrating, dealing with someone who is a paralegal but could not simply download a zip file filled with pdf documents. I asked her if there was a drop box where I could upload the files, she said no there wasn't, this conversation was beyond frustrating. Ms. Davis asked one of her staff members who said she didn't work in that department; she was able to download some of the files. How does a law firm receive documents from its clients and why does a law firm's paralegal do not know how to perform these simple tasks which are HIGHLY important to the case. I asked that Mr. Eugene Khudoley gives me a call regarding a status up day of my case and hung up the phone. I immediately received a phone call from a very disrespectful Jason W. Fernandez tell me they were going to drop my case; I was yet again DISGUSTED with GB. He CLAIMS he was in the background when I called. If you were in the background MR. FERNANDEZ why didn't you try to assist with the issues that your law firm has, 1. Not acknowledging that very IMPORTANT case files were sent to your law firm a month ago, 2. When your paralegal staff member T Davis does know how to simply download a zip file of IMPORTANT documents requested by your law firm, why didn't you jump in to assist. HOWEVER, another staff member was able to download the files. 3. Why did you not make sure your attorney Mr. Eugene Khudoley confirmed receipt of my IMPORTANT CASE files responded to my email a month ago. Mr. Jason W. Fernandez INSTEAD of helping and assisting in the situation you chose to call me back, trying to GASLIGHT me due to my frustration with the lack of professionalism, care, concern, lack of basic IT quality of your staff, instead of trying to REMEDY the situation you were RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL while I was trying to communicate with you over the phone and lastly of all actions taken you decided to HANG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE. The NERVE of your law firm, the absolute never of your actions. Instead of trying to assist me with and update Mr. Fernandez you chose to utilize your power with my case and cancel my case all of my frustration with your firm's lack COMMUNICATION and more, I will NEVER utilize your law firm again and I hope this review is helpful. I have always been respectful when reaching out to your law firm and today was no different, I never disrespected anyone at the firm.. Greenberg & Bederman LLC really needs to consider customer service training and understand that the lack of your firm's communication, follow-ups, lack of IT basic downloading of documents can and will cause any client frustration. Your firm's lack of understanding of your client's position, lack of keeping your client updated will cause these issues. Mr. Jason W. Fernandez you owe me an apology for hanging the phone up in my face but we know you won't do that because simply most NOT all but most attorneys have a lack of CUSTOMER service skills and a superiority complex just because you passed the bar.

I am grateful for all of the professional assistance I received from Greenberg and Bederman law firm after I went through terrible accidents. This firm jumped in immediately whenever I needed them without any hesitation or unnecessary drama to help me. Mr. Bederman assisted me personally along with other assigned lawyers and I can honestly say that all of the staff here is very proficient and compassionate and cared about me through the entire processing of my case, allowing me to take the the time recovering and getting better which was a long process to get back on my feet, but always knowing they were with me working for my good greatly eased my mind, helping in my healing during such difficult and scary times. All that is required on your part is to be very diligent and patient while they are doing everything to take care of you to resolve your situation in a satisfactory manner while you get well. A little over a year ago, I was in an accident. While I was home healing I saw a commercial for Greenberg and Bederman and decided to give them a call and honestly I'm glad I did. They listened, asked questions and decided to take my case. Throughout the process they explained every step and were very transparent as to what I should expect. The process is long but they will answer all your questions/concerns. The main reason for the 5-star rating is their excellent communication and the fact that they kept it real with me the entire time, so I knew what to expect and I appreciated that the most, plus it was cool that I actually got to speak with Mr. Andy Bederman more than once!
