My case was a workman's comp case. Mine was somewhat unique from other workman's comp cases because I was a new hire and feared losing my job due to sustaining injuries that has now left me with indefinite restrictions. It was a couple of months before I worked up the courage to reach out to Ashcraft & Gerel with my concerns and fears. I was going through a very difficult time, and Jamie Karek, Betty Slayton and the Ashcraft team was there for me and they eased my mind emotionally and mentally. Jamie was on top of each obstacle that we were hit with, and maintained her course of action with professionalism. She didn't sit on her butt, and was quick to rebuttal when necessary.
