(Review written for someone else) I've come across one of the greatest law firms in Silver Spring. I had a DUI case and multiple other charges for drunk driving. After looking around on Google I found Gerstenfield and Demirji law firm. I got a free consultation with them and thankfully they were pretty affordable. As someone who doesn't know the law much, Mr. Robert helped me understand my changes and fines by simplifying them. He assured me everything was going to be fine and he stayed true to his words. Court day came and all my charges got dropped I was highly relieved. I'm very thankful to Mr. Robert for all he has done and for helping me get back on my feet. Thank you!

This law firm deserves more than the 5 stars I’m able to give. I had a list of charges and tickets. I called The Law offices of Gerstenfield and Demirji. Robert was handling my case. I sat with him in his office for my initial in person consult after speaking on the phone. From the beginning I felt I made the right decision. He explained the specifics of my case my situation and all potential outcomes. The end result, I was on my way to court running late when Robert called saying I could turn around he handled it and my case was dismissed/dropped on all charges and tickets. Truly grateful, if you need a good lawyer for a great price get in touch with Robert asap you won’t be disappointed!!

I never understood why people don't like lawyers until now. Maria was extremely hands off with my DUI case. The MVA portion turned into a huge mess, including a suspension of my license and a forfeited admin hearing because of how hands off she was. The day before my actual court trial (after paying her $3500) I was informed she would not be in court but another attorney she passed my case to. She did not strategize with me to try to get a better outcome. I was basically forced to plead guilty and I totally regret not taking my retainer and running from her firm. Don't make the same mistake.
