Great attorney.

When I was looking around for lawyers . One told me I was out of luck . Another told me that county was to hard to win criminal cases in . When I first called I spoke with Robert and explained my case to him he was willing to work with me and make sure I was good . When I met him he made me feel reassured and confident in him . Of course I was nervous and scared who wouldn’t be first time in trouble . He told me what I was worried about he wasn’t . He told me what he was gonna do and the results . We went to court prepared and nobody showed up case was dismissed a couple months go by the case reopened Robert kindly took on the case again no charge and I got my PBJ and walked away . There are no words to describe Robert. He takes care of you he talks to you he keeps you claim but he keeps it real . Me and my family are grateful . I’m glad I went with him.

Gary is one of the BEST defense lawyers anyone can hire. He is a professional in what he does. Very reliable when needed. Able to communicate with client with all the their needs. Gary worked with me from the beginning of my case to where it stands right now. Able to work things out for me to obtain a home detention. I met with Robert and he explained everything to me so I understood my case and how his firm could help me. I do IT and a record would have caused me my job. I had a lot at stake. I met with Robert and went over my case and he explained what our best defense would be. He suggested things that I never would have thought of. Gary represented me in court in front of Judge Moffett. The prosecutor was very nice and understanding. Gary had met with her and the police officers before court. I ended up with one point for running a red light. Gary explained how we can expunge my case. Gary loves being in court and Judge Moffett was very happy to see him. My experience with Robert, Gary and Iris (their paralegal) and Joanna (legal assistant) is that they are very professional, caring and hard working. I recommend Robert & Gary. If you need a lawyer, make sure you get a consultation with them before you make a decision. I met many good lawyers and decided on Robert and Gary. I know this review is long but I wanted to share my reasons for going with Robert and Gary.

***ROBERT WORKED A MIRACLE!!*** After multiple violations and every other lawyer telling me I would do jail time, Robert GOT ME A PBJ!! NO CONVICTION! OFF CLEAN. This would be THE 6TH TIME THIS OFFICE HAS SAVED ME!!! I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE FOR ANY MATTERS. ROBERT AND THIS OFFICE ALWAYS GET THE JOB DONE! Maria met with me personally the very first day. She took the time to explain how things would proceed. Kathryn was also exceptional, she made sure I was kept abreast of everything and returned n.y calls in a timely manner. I had known both Gary and Robert over five years representing myself and my family in various legal matters related to traffic violation including a DUI and personal injury case. The last DUI was a third incident that could have sent me to jail between six months to a year. With the help of Robert Demirji, I was sentenced to one week going to Right Turn. Here is how this soft spoken attorney Robert made the plea agreement: Mr. Robert Demirji convinced the state attorney to change the charges to a DWI with two month in jail and $500 in penalty to which I fully agreed. The plea deal was presented to the judge and I was asked if I am accepting responsibility. I let the judge know that I am fully responsible. Here is the part where Mr. Robert played a role in pleading to the judge on my behalf that I should not go to jail based on my circumstances i.e. related to health matters. My lawyer Robert called in a couple of witnesses, Mr. Matthew Bennett (my personal injury attorney) and the arresting officer. Both witnesses testified about my character and that I am not a threat to society. Both witnesses relayed to the judge about the health issues I had and I should not be going to jail. The prosecutor (the state attorney) on his rebuttal insisted in me going to jail as it is a third offense. However, after hearing the pleading from Mr Robert Demirji and testimony from the witnesses, the judge told the prosecutor "I am not putting this man in jail" and hence the prosecutor agreed to the one week to be served in Right Turn location in Maryland. In short Gary Gerstenfield and Robert Demirji in collaboration with matthew Bennett worked as a team in reducing my sentence from one year to one week in Right Turn. By the way, Gary came to court in the morning even though he was really sick on that day. This shows how these attorneys are dedicated to their clients in resolving matters of traffic violations as well as personal injury. This shows their resolve in helping their client get the best judgement.
