Gary h gerstenfield is a very good lawyer, i was pulled over by the cops pgcpd on 2-25-16 for a bs traffic violations. The back dealership covering around my tag and driving watching a music video, which is bs i wasn't i was listening to my playlist on YouTube . Got stopped got illegally search and one pound of marijuana was found in my trunk got arrested got charged with pos with int to distribute which is a felony, pluse the bs traffic tickets.so the following Monday i was like time to find a good lawyer, so me nd my friend Google top lawyers in Maryland Gary was # 1 on the list so my friend said he got alot of reviews so we started reading and my friend said he is the man. So i said ok let's pick 5 lawyers to call so i called one went to the lawyer on Tuesday for a free consolation he read my case but he didn't convince me he was sure about what he can do for me so i said ok I'll look around and get back with you ...so i said I'm not going to no more consolation I'm going to Gary. went to see him he started reading my case half way through reading Gary said this is bs And said 5,000 I'll make it disappear .i my mind i was like yes that's what i wanted to here.Then we just started talking about life nd why was putting my self in that type of situation , he made me feel comfortable right away. Then i said I want to represent me so he said u have to make 3500 dollars diposite if it stays in district court that's all I'll have to pay nd if it goes to circuit court then I'll have to pay the rest. he tried to keep it in district court but the district attorney indicted my case so it went to circuit court .so on July -22-16 we went to court to fight Gary and his assistant came to court ready with my thick binder. with facts how he was going to beat the case already strategize nd very organized every paper was highlighted with the laws that they violate against me . In the court room Gary an his assistant went together like peanut butter & jelly ,Gary was the peanut butter because he was the one talking and his assistant was jelly handling the paper work smoothly passing it to Gary. Every move the state attorney try to make to convict me Gary countered him the cases didn't even get pass the traffic stopped. The state attorney kept repeating the same thing to the judge trying to justify she was like no no no case closed all charges dropped . While i was walking out the court room this guy gave me tums up and asked me, who is that lawyer ? i said Gary h Grestenfield he said thanks man. My name is Caleb Wagner and I decided to hire Gary as my lawyer considering the charges I got charged with were pretty terrifying if I was convicted. I got charged with 12 points and 1,100 in fines if I chose to except the charges for driving reckless coming home from vacation 4th of July weekend 2015. So that meant double charges and fines. If it wasn't for the service of gary and his law office I would have lost my license for a plus years do to the amount of points. At the end of it all he got all charges dropped and only 1 point on my license with a 500 dollar fine. Yes it may seem he's pricy for a lawyer within the area but without a doubt he has alot of knowledge and connections within the area and can handle your case with ease. I'm from ohio and didn't even have to appear in court one time and before all this I've had alot of covcitons for driving fast and he still managed to come through when I needed him. He is the only attorney I would ever use in the DMV. He has gotten charges dropped on two occasions. His firm is very articulant and knows when to be aggressive and when to be passive when dealing with the judge.
