Matthew Bennett is an excellent attorney. I originally met him when he was the opposing counsel in a matter in which I was involved and I was very impressed and told him if I ever was in need of an attorney I would contact him for his services, because he obtained a very good outcome for someone by catching a minor technicality that could have easily been overlooked. Just recently, my son was involved in an accident that required legal counsel for navigating through some issues that could have seriously impacted his driving record. I immediately contacted Mr. Bennett and I was not disappointed. He was thorough and provided wonderful service and counsel. He made things very easy, communicating with me and my son via phone and email, alleviating the need to take time off from work to consult with him. The day of trial, Mr. Bennett was quickly gathering facts and communicating with other parties in the court room that appeared for trial, and he was very effective in dealing with the judge. My son had a very positive outcome at trial as a result of Mr. Bennett's services and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal consultation. I am so glad to have met Mr. Bennett and he will be my attorney for any future needs.

I came across Mr. Gary H. Gerstenfield when i found myself with a DUI Charge. I had spoken to a lot of lawyers, but ended up having Mr. Gerstenfield take care of my case. He was an outstanding defense lawyer. He fought for my rights and made sure that I had nothing to be stressed out about. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and tactful. I was very impressed with how open minded, and welcoming he was. I found him to be non-judgmental about a person's race, religion,gender as well as background. Most of all he was very supportive at such a difficult time, and knows exactly what to do & when to do it. In court, i found him to be very well known & respected by his fellow peers and judges. My case was a first time DUI offense, which was followed by six different hybrid charges which could collectively add up to approximately $ 7000.00 in fines as well as 2 years in jail. To my surprise, Mr.Gary was able to win the case. I was able to walk out not guilty. I have no idea how it was possible, but i can assure you that Mr. Gary was confident about it in advance. Thanks to Mr. Gary, I got full peace of mind & was able to learn my lesson. If you happen to have any kind of criminal charges especially DUI's such as my case, he should be the first person you contact. His office is easy to find and well organized. Mr. Gary has very affordable and fixed prices. I am a full- time student, and I believe anybody out there could afford him. I have the utmost respect for Mr. Gary H. Gerstenfield and would recommend him to anyone who is in trouble and looking for a peace of mind.

I was charged with driving without a license on a military base. We were worried about the severity of the charges. Gary showed a great interest in my case. He stated he could have the charge dismissed. The case was dismissed and I had my Class A CDL drivers license. There is not much more i can say about this man. He is an AWSOME LAWYER! Before going into Gary's office, I had spoke with plenty of other lawyers and they seemed like they were trying to roll one over on me. After meeting Gary and his team, I can tell you that this is not the case. I have had other lawyers in the past and I can say that Gary and his staff has a heart to serve their clients. The charges in my case were reduced and I am forever grateful. If you want a lawyer who is funny, compassionate, honest, and will fight for you until the end, then he is your guy.

I had an assault charge and i feared for my future tremendously. I initially went to Jezic, Krum, Moyse which is a pretty well recognized firm that handles criminal cases but they were just too much and i couldnt afford their rates. They recommended Matthew Bennett to me as they said he was extremely capable and professional and he would be at a lower rate. Well it turned out i saved a couple hundred bucks and he was WAY more competent than i had expected cause i usually go about thinking in life "you get what you pay for" but in this case Mr Bennett was amazing. He saved me from possible incarceration and i was just appalled during the trial, he had complete control of the court room and was directing the flow of everything in his own way. Most people imagine and think about what they're going to do in a situation like this and it doesnt always turn out the exact way you plan but it did for Mr Bennett. As soon as i saw the notes he was taking during the trial i already knew i was safe because he was catching information from the Victim's testimonies and using them to cross examine. This man saved my future and he is extremely good at what he does. Hopefully i will never need to hire him again but if so i am definitely going with Matthew Bennett and he will be getting many recommendations from me.

Throughout life you experience a lot of ups and downs, Unfortunately some downs are more devastating then others. Gary's entire team at Law Offices of Gary H. Gerstenfield as well as Gary himself are always nothing short of amazing whenever dealing with any matter that I ask of them. I truly believe at this point Gary is much more than just an Attorney, Although he is a damn good one just read this thread if you don't believe me. I view him as an adviser. Someone that will always keep your best interest in mind while he gives you all your options and guides you to your best possible outcome. I am truly grateful that I was able to have him in my corner in my most recent legal troubles and he was able to get the best possible outcome in my case and for that I'm Thankful!!!!!

My experience with Attorney Matthew Bennett was great. I was in a bad spot, facing a tough and complicated situation. Mr. Bennett handled my case with great care and professionalism. He's sharp...articulate...direct...and wants what's best for his clients. Gary saved my life. I was involved in an auto accident and was charged with a DUI/DWI as a result. I serve in the reserves and I also hold a top secret clearance for my job with a U.S. Government agency, so I had a lot to lose. I visited Gary and I immediately knew he was the man for the job. He was humorous, compassionate, and knowledgable about my situation and the facts of the case. Throughout the entire process Gary made me feel like everything would be fine. On my court date the prosecutor offered a plea deal and Gary said "No, we'll take this to trial. You didn't pay me to plea out, you paid me to win". At the trial Gary had a court presence unlike any other. He introduced relevant facts to the court and his line of questioning was enlightening and thought-provoking. As a result, I was found not guilty on all four counts I faced. I will be eternally grateful for everything Gary and his staff did for me.

I was accused of of 4 counts of theft, and embezzelent with a warrant out for my arrest call the office of Gary Gerstenfield and told him I was going turn myself in Gary told not to let him find out what's going on, because I was advise by another attorney whom I had paid to defend me to turn myself in I am glad I didn't because with Gary in my corner the charges was dropped. Gary is awesome this is the second time he saved me from jail and having a record. Thank you Gary
